Returns Policy:  

Camco Mfg.warrants our products for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

You will receive a replacement for the defective product with a new one within this period. We will do our best to process your return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days.

Follow these directions to return by mail:
Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees. Include the return label (sent to you in the original shipment) with your product and indicate the reason for the return. We recommend you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS for proof of delivery. We also recommend that you reuse the original shipping carton and packing materials. You are responsible for all shipping charges. However, we will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package. Do not return products via COD.
